LRU “EYE IN THE SKY” CATCHES BURNING BUS ON THE THIRD MAINLAND BRIDGE

The fully operational LRU drone caught up with a burning commercial bus on third mainland bridge. After the incident was reported on the Lagos State Emergency toll free line 112 that a bus was on fire.


The drone was deployed to the scene of the incident to access the situation ahead of the Emergency Responders and to provide them with useful information on what exactly they are up against on the field. 

This is to allow the Responders to be properly organized and assign the proper equipment and man power based on the severity of the incident.

This is in line with the vision of the LASEMA Response Unit in protecting the lives and livelihood of Lagosians and it also portrays the fact that Lagos truly Cares.

We urge Lagosians to make use of the emergency help lines “112 OR 767” when they are in real life emergency situations knowing that the available resources and manpower to come to their aid is available.
