It's finally been confirmed that the brother of the immediate past Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Attahiru Jega, Abdulkadir Jega, was among the 707 who lost their lives in the Hajj stampede in Mina, Saudi Arabia on Thursday.....
