The story is kinda weird. The 4-year old girl in the video was stripped & humiliated in a church gathering because she had already developed bosoms & had started menstruating at that age. The pastor believed she needed deliverance, that her early puberty was the work of the devil, hence she was stripped in front of the whole congregation.
