Create an engaging ad title. The first field in the form will ask you to add a suitable title for your real estate ad listing
Make sure to give your ad a catchy title. This will help to attract more people / customers to your Rooms, Land, Apartments  Or Hall you are about to sell, rent, lease or buy (e.g., "Executive Mini Flat With 2 Toilet At Karaole Estate, Ogba Ikeja").

Provide a description. The next field requires a good description of your real estate property, as well as the real estate property's condition and features.
