The Delta state house of Assembly (DTHA) have lifted the suspension of
impeached speaker Rt Hon. Monday Igbuya and the Majority Leader of the
House, Hon. Tim Owhefere.
Igbuya was impeached over alleged financial high handedness and misappropriation of funds.
FINANCIAL WATCH reports that the member representing Isoko South and the member representing Warri South-West in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Johnson Erijo moved and seconded the motion for the impeachment of the Speaker earlier this month.
FINANCIAL WATCH gathered that Hon. Igbuya will however resume his position as member representing Sapele constituency with Hon Sheriff Oboriowori representing Okpe constituency as speaker.
