According to Facebook comments, the woman's leg was sliced open by a metal plate that suddenly protruded the metalwork.
The shocking footage shows the woman, believed to be 20, sitting on the ground, weeping into a friend's shoulder as blood poured from her leg.
Bits of flesh can be seen hanging from her calf.
A crowd gathers around the woman, before medical professionals arrive and place her on a stretcher.
The woman is said to be recovering well in hospital .
