Stop deceiving youths on N-Power Scheme, APC warns Fayose

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State has warned Governor Ayodele Fayose against misinforming the beneficiaries of the Federal Government’s N-Power Scheme in the state saying that it is too late to employ deceit to secure undeserved support of the people...

In a statement in Ado-Ekiti, APC Publicity Secretary, Taiwo Olatunbosun, accused the governor of fraud in his attempt to hijack the Federal government’s project to his advantage.

“Hundreds of Ekiti State youths were recently enlisted by the federal government to benefit from its employment scheme targeted at removing unemployed graduates from the job market.

“Fayose, assembling the youth in the Government House, making promises of stipends and other conveniences, including churning out details of what they should do and what they should not do, and thus allegedly creating an impression that he had better primary assignments for the youth different from as stipulated in the N-Power protocol as envisaged by the Federal Government.
