This is how -Lord Councillor; Segirinya Muhammad and controversial Kawempe Mayor; Mubarak Munyagwa were arrested by police in Uganda. The security agents made the arrest in a bid to stop a section of supporters from accessing Makerere University where they intend to hold a fundraising event for lecturers' allowances in the hope of having the University opened. The duo are now detained at Wandegeya police station.....
