The Deputy Director of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, Alphonsus Uche Okafor-Mefor, led pro-Biafran delegates to a meeting with the European Union representatives. The meeting was held ahead of his bail hearing at the Federal High Court in Abuja today.
