Theo Walcott is officially the holder of a World Record after controlling ball from 34m high crane. The Arsenal star was joined by teammates Laurent Koscielny, Nacho Monreal and Francis Coquelin as the four Gunners attempted the Betfair Ultimate Cash Out Control challenge....
In other words, the quartet were attempting to control a ball from a ridiculous height in a bid to write their name into the Guinness Book of Records.
With the previous world record standing tall at 32 metres (equivalent to five two-storey houses), the Arsenal stars were giving 34m a go.
The rules are simple, once the ball is dropped you must control it five times before it touches the ground.
And after failed attempts from Koscielny, Monreal and Coquelin - it wasn't looking likely that a record would be broken.
But Walcott stepped up to control the ball with the side of his foot, and then keep it alive a further four times.
