According to a NNN reader who sent in these photos, this is currently happening at Apogbon bridge in Lagos. The unidentified man who appears to be mentally unstable, stripped himself naked and lay in the middle of the road.
This has caused serious traffic for motorists plying the road. More photos after the cut...
