Sen. Kashamu Sponsors Establishment Of Healthcare Clinic In Ogun State. #OmoiluFoundation



In its quest to contribute to healthcare services in Ogun East Senatorial District ,the Senator Buruji Kashamu-inspired Omoilu Foundation on Monday, 22nd August, 2016 made a donation of 1.5 million to Dr.Olabinjo Oladipupo of No 4, Oba Ogunfowora Street,Iperu Remo,Ogun state....



The donation is geared towards sponsoring the establishment of a community healthcare clinic whose primary objective is to offer healthcare services to medically indigent constituents of Ogun East Senatorial District at considerable charges.

Presenting the cheque at the premises of #OmoiluFoundation in Ijebu Igbo, the State Coordinator of the Foundation, Otunba(Comrade)Niyi Osoba said the issue of health is an area the Foundation is interested in because it is central to the development of the society.

Osoba explained that the Foundation would continue to do all within its resources to help in the upliftment of healthcare services and education both of which he disclosed that the Foundation had invested heavily in.

“Qualitative healthcare services is key for the sustenance of human existence and the society pointing out that most countries of the world referred to as developed achieved the height because they placed premium on good healthcare services", he noted.

According to him, the #SenatorBurujiKashamu-inspired #OmoiluFoundation would continue to partner with groups and appropriate health institutions to help medically indigent people not only in Ogun East Senatorial District but across Ogun State.

Osoba said the issue of healthcare services to medically indigent people in the society remain a core responsibility in the discharge of the corporate social responsibility of the Foundation pointing out that “we have a common synergy with Dr. Olabinjo in the area of helping out medically indigent citizens of Ogun East Senatorial District and we hope that our efforts will encourage other well-meaning Nigerians to contribute their own quota to the deteriorating health sector in Nigeria.

Receiving the cheque, Dr.Olabinjo thanked Senator Buruji Kashamu for the gesture saying it only demonstrated the love Senator Buruji Kashamu have for the less privileged in the society, especially in the area of health.

Olabinjo said the Omoilu Foundation grant clearly demonstrates the key role well-meaning Nigerians can play working in partnership with government and other health institutions in the health sector to raise the standard of community healthcare services in Nigeria.

Amid applause from the cross section of the masses who witnessed the presentation of the cheque, Dr.Olabinjo promised that he will make judicious use of the fund
