Remains of former Foreign Affairs Minister, Ojo Maduekwe arrives Owerri

The body of late Foreign Affairs Minister, Chief Ojo Maduekwe departed the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja and arrived at Sam Mbakwe Airport Owerri. 

The former Minster of Transport passed away on at his residence in Abuja on June 29th, shortly after returning from the US. He was aged 71....

There will be a Court Session by the Nigeria Bar Association(NDA) at Judiciary headquarters, Umuahia later today. Then his body will depart Umuahia for Asaga, Ohafi where a Service of Songs and Christian Wake will hold at Ojo Maduekwe Residence, Asaga, Ohafia. On Saturday, there will be burial service by Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, followed by Internment at his ancestral home.
