The structures included petrol stations, markets, shanties and unauthorised motor parks that encroached on the mandatory 70 metres setback on the expressway.
The state Commissioner for Forestry, Chief Kolawole Lawal, disclosed this at the launch of “Green Ogun” project in Abeokuta, where investors, industrialists, market men and women as well as transport unions leaders and other stakeholders were sensitized.
