The nation’s educational sector is to receive a boast as one of its leading educational toy companies, Harriet and Ethan, is set to launch its latest range of educational product with former President Olusegun Obasanjo as special guest of honour alongside the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed and former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke....
The launch of the range of educational toys and Nigerian themed puzzles, which is part of preserving the country’s cultural heritage, is to hold in Lagos.
Speaking on this development, the Founder of Harriet and Ethan, Bunmi Williams, said, “Ethan & Harriet’s flagship product is the Nigerian-themed jigsaw puzzle and the strength of the puzzle is that it further enhances the profile of Nigeria on the world stage in a fun and creative way.
‘‘It is a powerful tool for children and adults as well and it allows Nigerians at home and in The Diaspora play a game that teaches about their history and captures attributes and landmarks, which other games currently may not address.” He added that the launch would also witness the unveiling of the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of the company.
