Alleged budget padding: Abdulmumin Jibrin appears before Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption

Embattled former chairman of the House of Reps Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin, has appeared before the Presidential Advisory Committee Against corruption, to give facts on the allegations of budget padding he has leveled against the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara and twelve other legislators.
