President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda shocked residents of Kyeirumba village in Isingiro district after he did the unexpected by sitting relaxed on an expressway and making phone calls while people passed by.
The motorists who passed by underwent tight security checks by security operatives who surrounded the president as he hailed the people who gathered to see him. The 74 Kilometer highway was recently constructed by the president, so he paid a surprise visit to the area for inspection.
