Sen. Iyiola Omisore's Bail Application Dismissed By Abuja High Court



The Federal High Court in Abuja this morning dismissed Sen. Iyiola Omisore's application for bail for lack of competence.


The former Deputy Governor in Osun State, Omisore -is being prosecuted by the EFCC over N1.3billion he allegedly got from the office of the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki. 

 Investigations showed that the Senator received the N1.3billion from funds pilfered from the office of the National Security Adviser to fund Governor Ayodele Fayose into office in 2014.
