Ayodeji Ijitola, 32, whose photograph appeared above was today arrested around 1:30 pm by the operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) along Ikorodu Road while driving a motorcycle (Okada) on a footbridge made for pedestrians at Irawo bus stop in Lagos.
Apart from riding Okada on a footbridge, he was also driving in restricted area where Okadas are banned. The police and everybody there were shocked by the effrontery.
His Okada has been impounded and transferred with the suspect to Taskforce for prosecution.
