Clearly, of all the contenders he's the only one unblemished and does not have any case in court or being investigated for one thing or another. He's completely non- controvercial and certainly possesses the capacity to reroute the party from the mess by recent explorers like Sheriff who came to plunder, the likes of whom had caused the party great harm in the past, responsible for its current woes.
He has what it takes to turn the party around and make it viable especially in preparation for 2019.

"Noble Compatriot. This is to solicit your support as I step out to vie for the National Chairmanship of our great party, the PDP. We all know the party needs to be revitalised with a new image, reorientation & repositioning. Power must truly belong to the people and we must liberate Nigerians from APC tyranny at state and federal levels.
With my background, experience & commitment to the vision and mission of the PDP as a founding member, I pledge to provide the necessary leadership to meet the current & future challenges.
