Borno State Government Distributes Food Items To Refugees At Bakassi Camp. Photos

The Borno State Emergency Management Agency officially distributed household food items to internally displaced persons of Gwoza residing at Bakassi camp....


The distribution was done by officials of the agency in collaboration with the national emergency management agency officials and Borno state joint task force on the feeding of IDPs.

Addressing the IDPs, SEMA executive chairman Engr Satomi Ahmed thanked H.E Gov Kashim Shettima for his readiness in supporting the IDPs at their trying moments. Similarly the vice chairman borno state joint task force on the feeding of IDPs, Alh Zannah Mahdi applauded the effort of Engr Satomi Ahmed in his tireless contributions to the state.

Items presented to a household include:
2 bagsof 25kg rice
1 bag of semovita
1 bag of beans
1 carton of instant noodle
2 sachets of seasonings
A gallon of vegetable oil
A sachet of okro
A sachet of kuka
A sachet of tattase
