Okada man strips nake.d during struggle with man-o-war officers in Lekki (photos)

As seen on Lekki Phase 1 second roundabout today. The Okada man struggled and took off his clothes in a desperate attempt to get his seized bike back. Eventually they let him go after they failed to restrain him.
