National Working Committee, NWC of the All Progressives Congress APC, APC, yesterday, received scores of high-profile defectors from Delta State into its fold.
The defectors were led by a former governorship candidate in the state, Chief Great Ogboru as well as a former Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Mr Victor Ochei.
Receiving them at the national secretariat of the party in Abuja, National Chairman of the party, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun expressed confidence in the ability of the party to assume the reins of governance in the state come 2019.
