Mark Okoye II, flanked by his wife, was inaugurated moments ago sas the Honourable Commissioner for Economic Planning, Budget and Development Partners at the Executive Council Chamber of Anambra State. With this, the 30-year-old Mark becomes the youngest commissioner in Nigeria. See pictures below;
