A man was shocked to discover his 'beer belly' was actually a massive tumour slowly crushing his insides.


The unnamed patient visited doctors Russian doctors complaining about the size of his stomach. They successful operated to remove the huge growth - which was roughly the size of a basketball - from his abdomen. 

Shocked surgeons said the rare tumour was formed from nerve tissue and had probably been growing in the 59-year-old for some time.
