Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has assured that no amount of distraction will change his focus in fixing and taking Abia to a higher level


. Responding to a mammoth crowd of Abians, who besieged the Government House, Umuahia in protest over the court judgement against the State Governor. 

The Governor, represented by his Deputy, Sir Ude Oko Chukwu said he will employ all judiciary processes to regain his mandate and expresd confidence that the judiciary will do the right thing.

He thanked the people for conducting themselves well without disrupting peace and informed that he has appealed the judgement.

Speaking on-behalf of others, Barr. Randy Ukanwoke and Amah Abraham said that the judgement is unacceptable and a calculated attempt to disrupt the peace that Abia has enjoyed under Ikpeazu. They reaffirmed their confidence that justice will be done, called on Abians to be calm as well as urged Governor to continue his good works.
