Hardened Vandal Gets Arrested After Days Of Regaining Freedom For Stealing In Lagos. Photos



This unrepentant vandal was re-arrested by operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) just after 18 days of regaining freedom over stealing of Ijora Bridge Crash Barrier and Railings.


He is currently cooling off his heels at the command's unit in Ikeja, Lagos.
