70-Year-Old Man Rescued After Being Buried In A Mud For Hours. Photos

A 70-year-old man was buried in riverbed mud for 12 hours after trying to pick up a water bottle. Police soon arrived at scene.


They recognized in the mud an old man, and immediately started to excavate him. It took them one whole hour to drag the man out of mud and back to safety. 

 It was later revealed that the man was a waste picker. He wanted to pick up a mineral water bottle on the riverbed when he was nearly devoured by the mud there. He had to hold his hands up above the mud, hoping to be discovered.
