Minister of Information Lai Mohammed is requesting for N13m to embark on official assignment to China

According to this document shared by Sahara Reporters, Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, asked the National Broadcasting Commission for a loan of N13.1 million to facilitate his trip to China.
