Congo Brazzaville Protesters Mock Akon and Wizkid Over Concert

Citizens of Congo Brazzaville have mocked global superstars including Wizkid and Akon following their show in the country....
An unrest in Congo-Brazzaville's capital broke out just hours after the artists  had performed at a free concert to promote peace in the country.

 There has been some criticism for the artists for performing at concert at the invitation of veteran leader Denis Sassou Nguesso, whose re-election by a landslide in elections last month sparked protests.

 

 

One local news website has mocked the artists by posting photos which it says are of this morning's protests alongside a special t-shirt designed for last night's "Concert For Peace" -telling them not to sing for "dictators".
