Just imagine this...Pictured are Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officials sitting on the tail board of their patrol vehicle..


Assuming these were ordinary citizens, the FRSC would have "utilized" the opportunity of making money from them.. They were spotted along the Parliament-Secretariat road in Ibadan on Monday.
