Yesterday, gentlemen from around the world took to Germany to showcase their flamboyant and eccentric facial hair in the World Beard and Moustache Championships...
The competition, which took place in Schoemberg, attracted more the 300 hopefuls sporting everything from handlebar moustaches to impeccably groomed beards.
The event, first held in 1990, takes place every few years at different locations around the world and competitors this year showcased some of the best examples of facial hair yet.
