Kebbi
state governor’s wife, Dr. Zainab Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, on Wednesday
March 15, adopted the daughter of a mad woman who roams the streets of
Birnin Kebbi. ..
The girl identified as Siddiqa Bako has since been
renamed Siddiqa Abubakar Atiku Bagudu. Her mentally unstable mother has
been taken to the hospital. More photos below;
