Young Man Spotted Today Smoking Marijuana While Defecating Beside The Road


Some people have no shame at all -doing two forbidden things publicly. This young man was spotted today smoking marijuana while defecating on a highway in Lagos. ..


 He was seen having a "swell" time by a twitter user who posted a video online -showing the embarrassing act. Here are screenshots from the video.
