For the past three days, residents of Ojo and Badagry local government areas have not slept following a recent letter purportedly written to the residents by the dreaded and ruthless robbery gang called One Million Boys in Lagos State...
According to some residents, the letter was written to them following the arrest of four members of the gang after their recent operation in the area that left many residents injured, with many losing their valuables to the gang.
In what seemed to be a reprisal attack, the letter reportedly informed the residents of their coming and asked them to keep money for them or be prepared to die.
The threat has leftt the residents in fear and they have resorted to self help by keeping vigil.

visited the area on Thursday, some residents, who confirmed the recent attacks and the threat letter sent by the gang, said they are afraid and had to mobilize themselves to be awake all night.
P.M.NEWS gathered that at least 100 members of the gang struck in the night recently.
Some of the areas attacked include Ojo, Iba, Shibiri, Agbara, Afromedia, Okokomaiko, Ijanikin and other areas located in Ojo and Badagry local government areas.
According to eyewitness account, during the recent raids, residents who did not have money or valuables to give to them were attacked with machetes.
The victims are in various hospitals receiving treatment.

P.M.NEWS also learnt that women were not spared, as some of them were raped and asked to have sex with their blood relations.
However, while the atrocity was going on, some youths mobilized themselves and resisted their operation and in the process four suspects were apprehended and handed over to the police, while the rest escaped.
Arrested suspects were handed them over to the police at Ajangbadi division.
When our reporter went to Ajangbadi police division, the DPO was not around to confirm the arrest.
However, our reporter was reliably informed that the suspects were transferred to SCID, Panti, Yaba for interrogation.
At the SCID, Panti, our reporter confirmed that the suspects were there and their case was handled by the IPO identified as Inspector Austin before the suspects were transferred to Zone 2 Command, Onikan where they were reportedly set free following directives.
