(photos) Olisa Metuh brought to court again today in handcuffs


The authorities today Jan. 22nd dragged PDP National Publicity Secretary Olisa Metuh to Abuja high court still in handcuffs. Human Rights Organizations have been furious about this....but the government is the government, I guess!
