President Muhammadu Buhari, who was the military head of state in 1984 visited the holiest site in Islam Ka'aba in Saudi Arabia in November 1984 to observe his umrah (Lesser Pilgrimage).While in Saudi Arabia,Buhari also visited the second holiest place in Islam Medina (Madinah)
