EXHIBIT: This document showed that ex-director of finance in NSA's office, under the directive of Sambo Dasuki, actually collected $47m from CBN, loaded in 11 suitcases and delivered them to Dasuki for sharing to PDP and Goodluck Jonathan's Presidency agents. They tagged it "Special Service".
