Honourable Member, Lagos State House of Assembly and Multi-Award Winning Actor, Movie Producer & Director, Desmond Elliot today gave back to his constituency in Surulere. Desmond who was clad in a Santa costume walked through Bank Olemoh, Shitta and small London where he gave the children of the community gifts for Christmas.
