President Buhari has ordered the mass retirement of permanent secretaries in various ministries.
Buhari gave the directive after a meeting with the Chief of Staff to the President Abba Kyari and the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita.
No fewer than 17 of the Permanent Secretaries were affected.
