Are You In Any Cooperative Group? All Members Can Now Monitor Their Transactions and Balance Online Using "COOPERATIVE SOCIETY BANKING PORTAL SYSTEM" , Here is how it works

OVERVIEW : COOPERATIVE SOCIETY BANKING PORTAL SYSTEM

This is a webpage application that gives room for all members of a Cooperative group to monitor their savings and transactions online at anytime without a need to contact an executive member or anybody

HOW THIS WEBPAGE WILL HELP THE GROUP ?...

(i) It will bring transparency to the group account

(ii) It will help members to always know what is going on with their savings.

(iii) It will save the group from unnecessary argument

(iv) Its easy to access and use

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

This project is divided into three hierarchical parts:
  • The Member/ Customer Dashboard : here's where customers can login , check Balance summary, view mini statement of account [ with just 10 last transactions ]  and all use the Account statement to check the transaction between a particular period even if its more than 100 transactions [ e.g. Transactions between 20/01/2014 to 17/09/2015 ] . Also in this customers' dashboard, users can seen when last their account was logged in in-case someone logs into their account behind them. Finally, the user / customer can change his / her password anytime.
  • The Staff Dashboard: This Dashboard is mainly for the staff of the cooperative society who are in charge of the money, they will be able to use their dashboard to credit users / customers accounts when they pay, approve their loans, credit the members / customers when they are due for interest and charge them where its applicable,  but anything they do with members / customers money will be clearly stated and be shown to the members when they login to their dashboard.
  •  The Admin Dashboard: The work of the admin is to manage staff and customers/members. [Add and delete the staff and users]

So, you have heard enough about how important this webpage application is to the Cooperative Societies, Introduce your group to this.
