The governor made this known when the management of the OGFZAN visited him at the Government House, Yenagoa, a statement by his media aide, Daniel Iworiso-Markson, stated on Saturday.
Dickson appreciated the decision of the Federal Government to designate the island as an oil and gas free zone.
While describing the location of the project in Brass and the time of the visit by the OGFZAN management as most appropriate, the governor stated that his administration had been doing so much to provide jobs as well as a stable environment for businesses to thrive.
He pointed out that the oil and gas free zone was a major project that would transform the economy of the state as well as make Bayelsa the Dubai of Africa, which the government had over the years been working very hard to achieve
