The Presidency has denied reports that President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed a Chief of Staff.
There were reports on Monday that a former military administrator of Kaduna State, Col. Hamid Ali (retd.), had been named the president’s Chief of Staff.
Shutting down the rumour mills, a presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina, said no appointment had been made.
“No appointment yet”, Mr. Adesina told us, refusing to give further details on whether an appointment would be made soon.
