The 57 suspected homosexuals, arrested by the officers attached to the Lagos State Police in Egbeda area of the state have been granted bail.
They were arrested at the Kelly Ann hotel in Egbeda, Lagos state, last weekend, have been granted bail and later arraigned at the Magistrate court by the police yesterday August 29th and were granted bail.
Recall that the Lagos state police command arrested the suspects on Saturday August 25th on allegations that they were being initiated into Homosexuality.
The Lagos state police spokesperson, CSP Chike Oti, in a chat with LIB, said the case against the suspected homosexuals is still very much alive as they are expected to appear before the court again.
