Hosted by Miss Zahra Buhari, the opening featured an exhibition of arts and craft from 36 states of Nigeria. Colorful and vibrant Dances and dialects of various tribes were used to tell the story. Major artists, members of parastatals, diplomatic and corporate sector graced the evening.
